  1. What are H PLUS’s operating hours?
    Operating hours are as follows:
    Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
    Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00
    Hours on Sundays and public holidays may vary depending on separate announcements. 
  2. Is H PLUS open on weekends?
    All departments are open on Saturdays.
    Regular services are not currently available on Sundays. 
  3. How can I make an appointment?
    Appointments can be made via KakaoTalk channel, phone, Zalo, our website, or in person at the reception desk. 
  4. Is it necessary to book in advance?
    Advance booking is not required but highly recommended to reduce waiting time and ensure a smooth visit.
    *For endoscopy services, reservations are required in advance to allow for medication delivery. 
  5. What transportation options are available? Where can I park?
    You may visit by car, motorbike, or Grab.
    Parking is available at the Lotte Mall Tây Hồ underground parking lot. 
  6. Is interpretation available?
    Yes. Interpretation in Korean and English is available to support international patients throughout their visit. 
  7. Can I receive consultation and results on the same day?
    Many health check-up packages are designed to be completed in a single visit. Basic test results are typically available the same day, while specialized results will be provided later. 
  8. Can I receive my results online?
    Yes. Some results can be sent via email, Zalo, or KakaoTalk upon request.
    You can also view results through the “Test Results” section on our website. 
  9. Which floor is H PLUS located on in Lotte Mall Tây Hồ?
    H PLUS is located on the 7th and 8th floors of Office Tower A in Lotte Mall Tây Hồ. A dedicated elevator is available for easy access. 
  10. Can I request a VAT invoice or medical report in English?
    Yes. Medical reports and VAT invoices can be issued in Korean, English, or both upon request. 
  11. Do you accept international credit cards?
    Yes. Payments can be made by cash, domestic and international credit/debit cards, or bank transfer. 
  12. Can I use health insurance at H PLUS?
    We provide all necessary documents to support your insurance claim and assist in coordinating with your insurance provider. 
  13. Do you offer home visits or at-home sample collection services?
    Currently, our services are primarily offered at the clinic.
