The clinic space was clean, private, and made me feel secure. After the endoscopy, I woke up gently, without any nausea or discomfort. This was the best endoscopy experience I have ever had.

I knew about H PLUS since it first opened at Lotte Mall Tay Ho. I was curious to see it on the 7th and 8th floors so I went to check it out. Then I came back for a general check-up – it was completely different. There was no crowding during the check-up, the atmosphere was relaxed, there were separate waiting tables and chairs, and nice lighting. It felt like going for health care, not for treatment.

I had an endoscopy under anesthesia, the doctor asked me about my previous medical conditions in detail, and after the procedure, I was called by name to come in for a consultation. After the examination here, I realized that annual health check-ups are not ‘mandatory’ but should be done voluntarily. I chose the Special 1 package because I wanted to check my stomach, and also get blood tests, liver enzymes, and diabetes. The price is reasonable compared to the quality and experience.
