On August 20, 2025, at the Embassy of Vietnam in Korea, the Vietnamese Association in Korea and HPlus Yangji Hospital officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), witnessed by representatives of the Vietnamese Embassy in Korea.
A Milestone in Bilateral Healthcare Cooperation
This agreement is regarded as a significant milestone, laying the foundation for sustainable healthcare collaboration and comprehensive medical support for the Vietnamese community in Korea, while strengthening medical ties between the two nations.
Under the MOU, the two parties agreed to:

Improve healthcare services for the Vietnamese community living and working in Korea.

Implement medical check-ups, consultations, and support programs tailored to community needs.

Develop public health initiatives to raise awareness and expand access to quality healthcare services.
Remarks at the Signing Ceremony
Mr. Vu Ho, Ambassador of Vietnam to Korea, emphasized:
“This agreement is a vivid demonstration of community solidarity and serves as a strong bridge of friendship and humanitarian cooperation between the peoples of the two countries.”
Mr. Dao Tuan Hung, Chairman of the Vietnamese Association in Korea, highlighted:
“The collaboration with HPlus Yangji will help more than 350,000 Vietnamese people in Korea access quality healthcare services, overcoming barriers of language and insurance.”
